Return and Exchange Period

  • Packaging must remain sealed exactly as you received it, especially for oils and creams.
  • Labels and packaging should be intact and free from damage or tearing.
  • Please include your invoice or proof of purchase with your return or exchange request.
  • Products purchased under promotions or discounts may be non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Exchanges

  • Products can be exchanged for items of the same value.
  • If the replacement product costs more, the price difference must be paid before shipping.
  • Our customer service team will coordinate the shipping arrangements for the exchange.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • Shipping fees and banking charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective.

Gifts and Free Products

  • Gifts or free products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • If the main order is returned, any free items sent with it must also be returned.

For Customers Outside Kuwait

  • Products must be unopened and in their original condition.
  • Customers are responsible for international shipping fees and customs duties.
  • We recommend using reliable shipping companies with tracking services.
  • If an order is canceled after shipment, shipping and banking fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
  • We will promptly handle the issue at no additional cost to you.
