1. For hair
- Firstly, please make sure to use our pure & natural calendula oil from Knoz Balqees.

- By Using a comb, divide your hair into sections or small strands, then put a sufficient drops of the oil on your fingertips and gently massage your head scalp to ensure the evenly distributed of the oil and to ensure its penetration throughout the scalp. It is also preferable to wear a hat or use a warm towel to cover your hair.

Leave the oil on the hair for 30 minutes to an hour, or you can also leave it overnight and wash it in the morning.

2. For the skin
- First of all, make sure that your face is clean and dry before applying the oil on it.

- Then put sufficient drops of the oil on your hand's palm, and by using your fingertips, massage your face gently in a circular manner, with avoiding your eyes and mouth area.
It is preferable to use the oil three to four times a week.
